How should I clean my griddle?
After making sure that your griddle is cool and safe to touch, unplug from outlet and then use a damp cloth to wipe surfaces. Never immerse your griddle in water.
Is there a warranty?
Your WUB Griddle comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in material, workmanship, or function. Contact us for more information or to submit a claim.
Warranty Claims are:
Valid for 1 year starting from the date on your proof of purchase.
Void if the product is mishandled, misused, physically damaged, or if it’s determined that safety instructions weren’t followed as outlined in the manual.
What temperature should I set to cook injera?
Since the temperature varies, humidity, and other factors, begin by setting your temperature to 350 degrees. Increase and decrease to test as necessary.
